The Tower of Wind goes to Venice !

ATENASTUDIO will take part of the international group of architects from all over the world invited to investigate our relationship with space and time, re-envisioning new ways of living and rethinking architecture through a larger lens.

Time Space Existence

20 May – 26 November, 2023, Venice 

The European Cultural Centre presents the sixth edition of the extensive biennial architecture exhibition titled Time Space Existence. The exhibition will open from May 20th until November 26th, 2023 at Palazzo Bembo, Palazzo Mora and Marinaressa Gardens.

The exhibits range from conceptual works, models, videos, drawings, sculptures, photographs to site specific installations.

The Tower of Wind

The Tower of Wind is a monument to the development towards sustainable architecture, where the audience will experience a journey through the history of meteorology and get an insight into what future technology can tell us about climate challenges. 

Visitors can enter the tower and, among other things, follow climate developments in real time. The tower is being built with the aim of leaving the smallest possible climate footprint and has a reference to the Greek “The Tower of Wind” in Athens, which is described as the world’s first meteorological observation station.
